ROUND/SPIRAL DUCTS
We manufacture two types of round air duct.
ROUND AIR DUCT:
Round air ducts are manufactured by rolling a flat metal sheet to the desired diameter. Then, the lengthwise edges are seamed together to create a duct.
SPIRAL AIR DUCT:
Spiral air ducts are manufactured using steel strip coils that are wound in a helical manner and seamed outward. The seams create a more rigid pipe with a smooth inner surface for optimal flow. The pipe diameter can range from 4 to 50 inches with standard lengths of 5 and 10 feet. Custom lengths are available.
